If you have purchased a custom quilt jacket, pullover, etc, upcycle the leftover quilt scraps for a matching pet jacket for your furry friend! 

Add your pet's name to the collar for a personalized touch. Your pet's name will be hand cranked by local Austin, TX artist Die Trying. The artist will select the embroidery color in order to make the name pop. 

 

Returns
  • Returns or exchanges are not accepted on any of our one-of-a-kind creations. This includes both readymade and custom pieces.
  • We want our materials to be respectfully invested in before we cut into them. The time and love poured into each piece is time consuming and a work of art, as we revive these textiles into wearable clothing. Reach out to us if you have any questions before purchasing. we are real and nice humans who love to see these rescued textiles turn into something cherished once again. 
  • We want every Psychic Outlaw piece to be loved. If you have an issue with your order, please email us at howdy@psychicoutlaw.com and we can work together on a solution. 
Shipping
  • Custom-made orders can take between 2-4 weeks to create. Readymade orders will ship within one week.
  • All domestic orders are shipped by USPS Priority Mail.
  • We ship worldwide using USPS International Priority Mail. You are responsible for all customs duties + taxes that your country expects you to pay to receive your item.
  • We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen or damaged in transit.
  • You will receive a confirmation email immediately after your order is placed. Once your item has shipped, you will receive another email with tracking information. If you do not immediately receive a confirmation email after placing your order, please email us at howdy@psychicoutlaw.com in order to update your email address. 
  • Items shipped via USPS Priority Mail are insured by USPS for up to $100.00. If you'd like to add additional insurance to your shipment, email howdy@psychicoutlaw.com.
    Alterations
    • Alterations are accepted on a case by case basis. If you have a garment that needs additional alterations, please email inquiries to howdy@psychicoutlaw.com.
